The check-in process was nothing short of a nightmare. I had to wait around for what felt like an eternity just to get someone to assist me. Moreover, the lack of basic amenities like a hair dryer and coffee made the experience even worse—who expects to spend this much without these essentials?

It would’ve been nice to have a hair dryer on hand, and lacking coffee was a bit of a letdown, especially for the price. Checking in felt awkward. waiting around for someone to show up didn't set the best tone for the stay.
